William T. Luzader III’s practice consists of representing clients in all facets of commercial litigation.
His experience ranges from advising clients on routine breach of contract matters to complex
commercial disputes involving fraud, theft of trade secrets, insurance recovery and other business torts.

Mr. Luzader has worked with a wide variety of local and international businesses. Throughout
his career he has provided legal services to both public and private companies in a variety of complex
civil and class action lawsuits, including a number of Fortune 500 companies and leaders
in the financial, medical, moving and storage, metal, natural resources and aerospace industries.

Representative Cases and Clients

  • Defended one of the nation’s largest financial and mortgage-lending institutions against federal class action claims involving civil RICO, mail fraud, wire fraud and various state law causes of action.
  • Obtained dismissal in favor of a leading international mining and natural resources company in asbestos related litigation involving over 20 defendants with multi-million dollar exposure.
  • Defended one of the nation’s largest health insurers in a high-profile class action seeking to hold the defendant liable under novel theories of negligence and state law violations.
  • Successfully procured emergency injunctive relief freezing the opposing parties’ assets in favor of a national automotive floor-plan financing company.
