Eric B. Hull has experience prosecuting and defending all aspects of business litigation. Mr. Hull’s commercial litigation practice includes representing businesses in breach of contract lawsuits, shareholder derivative actions and mortgage fraud suits.
Mr. Hull is also experienced in the areas of class action and election law. During law school, Mr. Hull published Independent Candidates’ Battle Against the Exclusionary Practices of the Commission on Presidential Debates, 90 Iowa L. Rev. 313 (2004). He also has presented seminars on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Hull has devoted time to pro bono work with the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Mr. Hull is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Scottsdale Bar Association and the Maricopa Bar Association.
Mr. Hull is from Bettendorf, Iowa. He is an avid Notre Dame football fan and owns two dogs he adopted from the Arizona Beagle Rescue. He is also the lead singer of an all lawyer rock cover band that has played in various venues in the Valley, including the ALS Association Arizona Chapter’s 2007 Tempe Walk to Defeat ALS at Tempe Town Lake.
